The CISI Investment Advice Diploma is achieved by passing the following units sucessfully:
- UK Regulation and Professional Integrity
- Investment, Risk and Taxation
- Plus one technical unit, depending on your role:
- Private Client Advice
How much work is required?
We estimate that you will need to do 140 hours of study for each of the papers, excluding the private client advice unit which will take 180 hours of study.
When are the exams?
Each unit is examined by multiple choice, except for the Private Client Advice exam which is examined by narrative exam paper and can only be taken in June and December. The multiple choice exams are administered via computer-based testing and run throughout the year.
